A specialized organization built around helping manufacturers better manage production tooling.
COAST Systems is a global software, engineering, and manufacturing consulting company specializing in production tooling lifecycle management and plastics manufacturing. Since 2012, we have combined technology and specialized expertise to help manufacturers manage tooling across plants, suppliers, regions, and countries.
Built to bring structure to a distributed asset.
Production tooling represents a significant manufacturing investment, but managing those assets across global organizations creates unique challenges. Tooling ownership, physical location, supplier responsibility, maintenance history, technical information, qualification records, and lifecycle decisions are often distributed across many systems and organizations.
COAST Systems was built to help manufacturers bring structure, visibility, and technical discipline to those assets. Over time, COAST evolved into an integrated organization combining engineering expertise, program management, technology, data, and specialized resources.
A distributed global organization.
COAST supports manufacturers through a distributed global organization — with corporate headquarters and plastics engineering in the United States and regional presence across Latin America, APAC, and EMEA.
Trusted by manufacturing organizations around the world.
COAST works with manufacturers across consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and food & beverage — organizations that depend on production tooling and need it managed as a disciplined asset.
Led by experienced manufacturing, engineering, and software leaders.
